About the Founder.
I started my sales career as the first rep at a small agency.
No coaching. No playbooks. No feedback.
Just a laptop and pressure to close.
Every call was trial and error. When deals stalled, I didn’t know why. When something worked, I couldn’t repeat it — and no one else could learn from it either.
That pain followed me everywhere:
